Humanistic Therapy NW is a group therapy practice offering compassionate, client-centered, trauma-informed care for individuals, couples, families, and groups. The practice specializes in LGBTQIA2S+ affirming care, neurodivergent-affirming support, and culturally responsive services for BIPOC and other historically underserved communities. Clinicians use evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, IFS, EMDR, and ACT. Humanistic Therapy NW is recognized by the Oregon Health Authority as a Culturally and Linguistically Specific Services provider and accepts Medicaid and most major commercial insurance plans in Oregon and Washington.
