What We Are Looking For

We’re looking for compassionate, dedicated professionals who meet the following qualifications

  • Due to high client demand, we have immediate full-time and part-time job openings for associate social work clinicians in Oregon and Washington who are either looking for a brand-new career opportunity, or a supplemental income.

    If you have an associate license in social work (both WA and OR) and are a self-motivated clinician that is passionate about providing high-quality mental health care and solutions, we want to hear from you!

    Work from anywhere, on your own schedule! You will serve as an active part of a fully hybrid team that provides assessment and treatment services to adults who present with a wide range of mental health needs.

    Our goal is to assist individuals by helping them develop the necessary skills to improve their quality of life. Full time is considered to be at least 25 psychotherapy sessions per week.

    • Education: You must have completed a Master’s degree in Social Work

    • You must be licensed to practice in the state of OR and WA

    • Hold both a Clinical Social Work Associate (CSWA) credential and a Licensed Social Work Associate - Independent Clinical (LSWAIC) credential

    • No disciplinary actions.

    • Exceptional interpersonal skills and sympathetic nature

    • Strong computer literacy skills

    • Able to work independently

    • Conduct ethical and compassionate individual mental and behavioral healthcare therapy via video chat

    • Use evidenced-based treatment modalities to facilitate individual treatments

    • Develop effective and individualized treatment plans to meet the needs of your clients

    • Help clients develop insights into their experience, feelings, and relationships

    • Monitor progress throughout the treatment plan, and help clients develop healthy coping mechanisms

    • Work Location: 100% virtual care in Oregon and Washington - hybrid work is available in OR!

    • License Requirement: Active Oregon CSWA and WA LSWAIC

    • Compensation & Benefits: Salary range of $72,000-$90,000+; health benefits + PTO + 401(k) + life insurance. We pay for late cancellations and no-shows! We offer a $500 referral bonus for other associate clinicians that work with us.

    • Insurance Panels: OHP, Apple Health, TriCare, and commercial plans in OR and WA← We take care of this for you

    • Scheduling: Flexible; full-time = 25+ client hours/week (required for benefits)

    • Admin Support: Billing, EHR (SimplePractice), and referral coordination handled for you
