  • Steven Ponec

    Steven Ponec, Therapist (he/him)

    My approach

I work with neurodivergent (including ADHD and Autism Spectrum) individuals, couples, and families as well as LGBTQIA2S+ clients navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship challenges, and life transitions.

As someone who identifies as queer and AuDHD, I bring both lived experience and clinical training into our work together. My goal is to create a space that feels affirming, steady, and genuinely supportive—where you can better understand yourself and feel more grounded in your daily life.

My approach is collaborative and tailored to you. I draw from CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness-based practices, solution-focused therapy, and person-centered therapy. I focus on building practical tools while also making space for reflection, insight, and self-understanding. I look forward to meeting you!

  • Cody Bagay

    Cody Bagay, Therapist (she/her)

    My approach

Doing the work and getting the ball rolling can be tough. When embarking on your healing journey, I aim to foster and uphold a safe and non-judgmental space to explore your thoughts, feelings, emotions, and actions to work towards the life you deserve.

As a queer, Filipino-American, I am proud to work with BIPOC and LBTQIA2S+ individuals across the lifespan. I recognize the ways identity, culture, and community shape our worldviews, and I strive to create a space where every part of you feels seen, affirmed, and valued.

I work with individuals navigating sexuality, trauma, identity, adjustment concerns, and systemic oppression. My therapeutic style integrates CBT, DBT, ACT, and MI through a strengths-based, humanistic-behavioral lens. Together, we will build familiarity with practical skills, increase self-understanding and cultivate flexibility and resilience when facing the challenges of daily life. Whether you’re seeking clarity, healing, or growth, we will move at a pace that feels supportive and empowering for you.

I am in your corner. I am committed to the work you find dear, and I am dedicated to meeting you where you are.

  • A woman with long, brown hair, with black neck tattoos, wearing a black suite, smiling at the camera.

    Jade Waits, Therapist (she/her)

    My approach

As a Chicana and White clinician with lived experience of former houselessness, neurodivergence, and involvement in systems, I’m especially committed to supporting people with complex stories of resilience. I primarily work with LGBTQIA2S+ adults, including people in recovery, neurodivergent folks, those formerly in foster care or other systems, and anyone navigating trauma, identity, or major life transitions. I know trusting a therapist can be vulnerable—especially when systems have caused harm—so I center collaboration, honesty, and choice, grounded in connection, curiosity, and compassion.

I work from a relational, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive lens. I draw from evidence-based practices like Motivational Interviewing, CBT, strengths-based work, and somatic/mindfulness approaches, all within a harm reduction lens. My goal is to offer a nonjudgmental space where you can explore who you are and what you want at your own pace.

  • A smiling woman with short brown hair and glasses, wearing a denim jacket, with a dark plain background.

    Bethany Spanier, Therapist (she/her)

    My approach

I believe that healing begins when we create space to acknowledge pain with compassion and curiosity. Many people come to therapy feeling exhausted by patterns of avoidance, overwhelm, or self-criticism. Together, we’ll work to restore a sense of balance and reconnect you with the parts of yourself that are ready for healing and growth.

Grounded in trauma-informed, humanistic, and attachment-based therapy, I integrate interventions from internal family systems, somatic therapy, and EMDR to support mind-body awareness and emotional regulation. Sessions often include mindfulness or grounding practices to help you process and integrate what emerges.

I specialize in working with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. My practice is inclusive and affirming, with experience supporting LGBTQIA2S+ clients, neurodivergent individuals, and those seeking to recover from relational or developmental trauma.

Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and paced to your readiness. I aim to create a steady, non-judgmental environment where insight and healing can unfold naturally over time.

  • Portrait of a young man with short dark hair, blue eyes, and fair skin, wearing a light blue collared shirt, outdoors with green trees and grass in the background.

    Zane Lampropoulos, Therapist (he/they)

    My approach

I believe therapy is relational, collaborative, and justice-rooted. I believe healing happens when we slow down, create safety, and welcome all parts of you: body, mind, spirit, and story. I draw from trauma-informed, somatic, and mindfulness practices alongside modalities like Acceptance & Commitment Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.

I work with a wide range of people, with specialized experience supporting LGBTQIA2S+ communities, BIPOC and immigrant folx, Jewish-identified clients, neurodivergent individuals, and those living with disability or chronic illness.

Rooted in my lived experience as a queer, Jewish, disabled person, I offer a culturally responsive and justice-centered practice that acknowledges systemic oppression and the ways collective histories shape our mental health. Together we can nurture a grounded sense of self, rekindle creativity and joy, and reclaim the stories that root you in your body, your relationships, and your communities that sustain you.

  • A young man with short brown hair and a beard is standing against a plain off-white background. He is wearing a maroon sweater over a dark shirt and is smiling gently at the camera.

    Thomas Bruketta, Therapist (he/him)

    My approach

I believe in honoring the vast complexity of who you are. Grounded in humanistic therapy and feminist theory, I hold each client in unconditional positive regard while recognizing how your intersecting identities shape your strengths, resiliences, and challenges.

I specialize in working with neurodivergent adults, people navigating substance use and recovery, and LGBTQIA2S+ folks. I also support clients working through childhood trauma, ADHD, mood and anxiety disorders, and burnout.

I draw from psychodynamic therapy, object relations therapy, internal family systems, motivational interviewing, and CBT, staying agile to find what works best for your presenting concerns, preferences, and capacities. No treatment is one-size-fits-all. Whether you're seeking short-term support or longer-term exploration, I see therapy as an ongoing process of healing and self-discovery, and I'm happy to collaborate for as long as it serves your journey.

Therapy with me is about creating a brave space where you can understand who you are, where you've come from, and orient yourself toward where you want to go.

  • A man with dark hair and a beard smiling outdoors in front of a lush green leafy background, wearing a dark patterned shirt.

    Ben LeGrand, Therapist (he/him)

    My approach

I believe therapy is a collaborative journey—one where we work together to uncover your strengths, clarify your goals, and create meaningful change. I draw from evidence-based practices like CBT and ACT, while also weaving in somatic awareness and Motivational Interviewing techniques to support growth and resilience.

At the same time, my work is grounded in an existential lens: the idea that healing comes not from fixing what feels broken, but from nurturing what makes life meaningful and alive. I see therapy as an exploration of how to live in greater harmony with yourself, your values, and your unique sense of purpose.

My approach is also shaped by my lived experience. Having personally navigated substance use recovery and the impacts of PTSD, I bring both empathy and practical tools to support LGBTQIA2S+ clients facing similar challenges. Over the past decade, I have worked with adults and neurodivergent individuals seeking to move beyond survival and step into more fulfilling, purposeful lives.

Clients often describe my style as compassionate, curious, and non-judgmental. I aim to create a space where we can explore both the patterns that keep you stuck and the possibilities that lie ahead. Together, we will work not only on symptom management, but on building a life where your passions and values guide the way forward.
