To make sure we meet your needs, growth and goals, we begin your journey with an assessment and treatment planning session. We regularly check progress against your goals.

Get guided support in a group setting. Groups will focus on a variety of topics based on the interest and needs of participating clients.
60 minutes | Fee based on insurance. Sliding scale available.
Couples and Families
Get help with learning how to communicate and create healthy boundaries with your partner(s) and/or family members.

Consultation
Are you part of a private practice or agency that could benefit from mentorship and support from a clinical social worker?
Or, are you navigating treatment options for a loved one currently in a mental health crisis?
Our practice can provide guidance and support for clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment plans, and effective therapeutic interventions.
60 minutes | $300
Court Action/ Legal Fees
Our Licensed Clinical Social Workers are available to appear in court to testify as an expert witness or to advocate on behalf of a client.
Fees:
1. Phone calls: $200/hour
2. Depositions: $350/hour
3. Time required in giving testimony: $300/hour
4. Mileage: $1.25/mile
5. Time away from office due to depositions or testimony: $300/hour
6. The client must pay all costs the therapist incurs because of the legal action.
7. Filing a document with the court: $250
8. Court appearance minimum charge: $1,500
9. Preparation time (including submission of records): $300/hour
Case Management
Case management can include communications for various support services. This may include help with documentation and applications for:
· Social Security
· Housing
· SNAP and TANF benefits
· Health insurance
· Gender-affirming letters
· Companion or emotional support animals (ESA)
30 mins | $300
Assessment
We conduct a bio-psycho-social-spiritual assessment so we can form a comprehensive yet concise clinical picture of the patient. For this assessment, we gather your:
· Current self-identified challenges.
· Cultural identity and practices.
· Social history.
· Family history.
· Mental and physical health history, including substance use history.
Health insurance, certain governmental awards, or access to some state and federal services typically require assessments.

Clinical Supervision
Are you a Clinical Social Worker in Oregon or Washington looking for clinical supervision hours? Check out current openings for groups and individuals.

Accepted Insurances
Out of Pocket/Out of Network
Most insurance plans will reimburse you for out-of-pocket therapy expenses. Call the customer service line of your insurance provider (back of card) to ask how to file a reimbursement claim. We can provide the “superbill” you will need for reimbursement.
