Michelle Linden, MA

I work with BIPOC, LGBTQIA2S+, neurodivergent, and adopted clients navigating identity, anxiety, trauma, family challenges, burnout, or feeling misunderstood. My work is grounded in a deep commitment to serving people whose identities and histories are often overlooked in traditional mental health settings, with a focus on BIPOC women, adopted adults, and neurodivergent folks. I approach therapy through a social justice lens, because societal and cultural forces shape your experience and well-being.

I draw from ACT, DBT, CBT, parts work, trauma-informed care, and strengths-based approaches, but my true North Star is the relationship we develop. Healing is deeply personal and unique.

People have shared that in therapy with me, they feel free to express themselves without having to censor, translate, or justify their experience. My hope is that our work becomes a place where you feel truly seen and celebrated, and where you can take steps toward the life that feels right for you.
