About Nicole

Nicole believes healing happens through connection — exploring how we relate to ourselves and others as a path toward lasting change. She creates a warm, collaborative space where clients can better understand their patterns and build healthier relationships.

She holds a master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Northwestern University, with an academic background in sociology and applied psychology.

Nicole draws on CBT, psychodynamic, and mindfulness-based approaches, along with body-connected, trauma-informed work, to help clients reconnect with themselves and move toward meaningful change.

Outside of sessions, Nicole enjoys spending time with her cats and the everyday moments that keep her grounded.
